Had a visit to the Cheesecake Factory not long ago and tried one of their appetizers, the Buffalo Blasts, and let me tell ya, good stuff! I thought, man…these could be a really great snack for when you’re gaming, or just having a get together. I set off on a search to see if anyone had a recipe or an idea on how they were made. Many searches later and mixed results and I came up with this. Serves 4, but do some math and make more.
